About our Mitsubishi suspension upgrades

Our Mitsubishi suspension upgrades cover the Triton, Pajero, and Challenger. Parts come from CalOffroad Nitro Pro, CalOffroad Platinum, Bilstein and King Springs. The right upgrade depends on how your Mitsubishi is built, so start with your model.

The Triton runs independent front suspension (IFS) with leaf springs at the rear. The Pajero Sport and Challenger pair IFS with coil springs at the rear, and the Pajero NM to NX is independent at all four corners. Several models share a platform, so some parts fit more than one: the Challenger with the Triton ML MN, and the Pajero Sport with the Triton MQ. Check the fitment notes on each listing.

Mitsubishi Triton suspension

The Triton is our biggest Mitsubishi range, with 2 inch lift kits, leaf springs and supporting parts for three generations:

Mitsubishi Pajero and Pajero Sport suspension

  • Pajero Sport QE QF: Nitro Pro lift kit up to 1.5 inches, raised coils, Bilstein struts and shocks, and upper control arms.
  • Pajero NM – NX: Nitro Pro 1.5 inch lift kit, struts, shocks, coils and Safari snorkels.

Mitsubishi Challenger suspension

Challenger PB PC (2009 – 2015): Nitro Pro kit up to 1.5 inches, Bilstein struts and shocks, Platinum coils and a front coilover. The Challenger page also lists heavy duty front torsion bars for the earlier PA.

Mitsubishi suspension FAQs

Do Triton parts fit the Pajero Sport or Challenger?

Some front-end parts are shared, because the Challenger is built on the Triton ML MN platform and the Pajero Sport on the Triton MQ. The rear suspension is different: the Triton uses leaf springs and the wagons use coils. Only buy a part if its listing names your model.

Do you install Mitsubishi suspension?

CalOffroad doesn't offer installation, but we provide installation instructions and support. If you'd rather not fit the parts yourself, use a qualified mechanic, and book a wheel alignment afterwards.
