We have our own offroad testing facsility that we use to refine and develope products. CalOffroad supply the most advanced Fox 2.0 coilover. 

CalOffroad leaf springs have been developed over many years and are designed to bring you the most advanced and smoothest ride possible.

Our leaves feature a specialy designed wear pad between each leaf. Each leaf pack features a specific build ratio that allows us to tune when the 1st stage engages with the 2nd stage this means we can supply you the smoothest riding leaf pack wether you have no weight or large anounts of weight.

we also build in a high flex design allowing for more wheel travel and if you require more again just let us know and we can custom build any pack to suit.

Our bolt-on, Performance Series Coil-over IFP shock is loaded with advanced technology and a long list of features that set it apart. The precision, metal impact extruded aluminum body increases cooling capacity and is rust resistant. The vehicle-specific upper mount includes a composite bushing that isolates noise and vibration.

Locking, spring preload rings that allow easy ride height and preload adjustment retain a top quality racing coil, selected to deliver the optimal spring rate. Performance Series Coil-Over IFP shocks bolt on with no modifications and are designed to level your truck front-to-rear. Applications are available for stock and lifted trucks that re-use the stock shock.

The coilovers come adjusted to an approximate height and may require fine tuning adjustment for your specific vehicle 

Inside is an internal reservoir with Internal Floating Piston (IFP) mono-tube design separates the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber. The IFP eliminates oil aeration allowing maximum performance from the factory-tuned, precision valving. The easy-to-install, Performance Series 2.0 Coil-over IFP provides a comfortable on-road ride and predictable off-road handling in even the toughest conditions.

*Heavy items such as leaf springs are required to be shipped on a pallet or skid. Heavy items will incur additional Shipping Charges and can only be shipped to Business Address. Alternatively, they can be shipped to the closest freight depot for pickup.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

We will always endeavour to have your order leave our warehouse on the same business day. For orders that need to be assembled, shipping may take an additional 2 business days.

Depending on the Australian shipping address, delivery may up to a week. Larger/Heavy items shipped to your business address or freight depot may take up to two weeks.

 

RETURNS

 

CHANGE OF MIND

Any change of mind requests must be submitted to within 7 days of receiving your order.

All returned products must be returned in a new and saleable condition, in its original packaging. Goods cannot be returned if are a custom order or have been fitted to vehicle, opened, removed from packaging or handled leaving any finger marks scratches grease or dust.

All goods must be returned to CalOffroad before the refund can be processed.

All returns will include a re stock fee of 20%.

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

You may cancel your order if it has not been shipped out. Custom orders cannot be cancelled, regardless of whether it has been shipped or not.

A full refund will be issued to you back to your original form of payment with 7 business days.

 

SUSPENSION RETURNS

All suspension related return requests require before and after height measurements from centre of wheel to guard on each corner.

Suspension final heights are an estimated height and can vary on vehicles depending on what load each vehicle is carrying.

CalOffroad build their suspension systems to be of the highest standard and are developed using the latest equipment with specialist engineers. If you are not happy with the ride quality there can be many factors. Do you have the correct tyre pressure, is there too much weight behind the rear axle, do you have a lot of weight up top? if there are more factors involved we need to know so we can help determine if you need any extras.
