Hilux/Vigo IFS 150 Series - CalOffroad Front Strut Spacer 2" Levelling Kit

Levelling kits are the fastest, least expensive way to bring the front of your vehicle level with the rear.
Our innovative Smart Strut Technology mounts on top of the strut assembly, eliminating the hassle, time and danger of compressing springs. The steel strut extension will maintain a smooth OEM ride without adding pressure to stock suspension components.
The 66-5055 strut extension provides approximatelly 2 inch of lift which gives clearance to add up to 265 inch wheels and tyres. (33 inch tyres have been used but do require trimming and guard mods.)
Installation is simple and requires no strut preloading, cutting, or modification of factory installed parts.

CalOffroad leaf lengths are designed and calculated to achieve a high performance spring.
Top quality Silicon Alloy Spring Steel or Medium to High Carbon Spring Steel are used.
The springs are scragged to help eliminate sagging.
Stringent quality control procedures for the heat treatment (tempering) process ensure CalOffroad springs are made the same exceptional way.

Hilux/Vigo IFS 150 Series - CalOffroad Poly Bush Kit Rear Leaves

CalOffroad Polyurethane bushes, fitted and used correctly will give a greater extended life than a rubber bush.
It is recommended that greasable shackle and pin kits be fitted with polyurethane bush as it will increase the life of the bush even further.
Polyurethane material is resistant to minerals, petrochemicals and salt water and can withstand tempurature extremes.
It is essential that all bushes (rubber and poly) be fitted to good pins with no corrosion or wear marks, as this would decrease the life of the bush dramatically.

CalOffroad Standard Length Greaseable shackles are used to give a smoother softer ride and will ensure longer life from your bushes.

*Hardened* in most cases the shackle pins are case hardened to 2.0mm providing higher resistance to wear and resulting in increased pin and bush life.
*Machined *allows greater dispersion and surface coverage of grease aiding in the reduction of shackle pin deterioration, providing superior performance.

Hilux/Vigo IFS 150 Series - CalOffroad 1in Diff Drop Kit

Diff Drop Kits are designed to be fitted when 2 inch or bigger lifts are performed.
This Kit enables the Diff to be dropped one inch down and this fixes the CV angles which then reduces wear and tear on the CV's
Without these drop kits fitted your Hilux will wear the CV boot out much quicker and the CV's also have additional strain on them which contributes to breaking them much easier.
